RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date your kit is delivered to request a return.
Items must be completely unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
We recommend store credit. It is issued for the full value of your returned items as soon as your return is approved, so you are not waiting on a bank, and you can put it straight toward the kit you actually wanted.
Prefer a refund to your original payment method? That is available too. It is processed once we receive and inspect your return, and how quickly it lands depends on your bank.
